Idle VFX - Celestial Compass

I've been learning more about VFX and now i'm trying to avoid tutorials and focus on trying to recreate an effect with my own small spin. In this case I have tried to recreate Mona's Idle effect from Genshin impact but I also wanted to add the sense that the character was reading for a compass.
